Terms & Conditions General Your use of and purchase of products from this site is governed by the terms and conditions set out below, and as set out under Privacy Statement & Copyright. We recommend you also read our Privacy Statement. You can print the full terms and conditions by selecting the print option in the File menu of your browser. We may at any time make changes to this site and the details displayed on it (including prices). Terms and conditions of use 1. Ownership Poshpromotions is a trading name of Poshprezzies Limited. Contact details for Poshprezzies Limited are at the end of this document. 2. Payment Terms For all first orders a pro-forma invoice will be issued and until payment is made no goods will be shipped. Any subsequent orders will be based on part payment and remaining payment due on or just before delivery. These terms are negotiable at our discretion. Any personalisation would be charged as agreed in advance. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT & delivery. VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate. 3. Our returns and refunds policy No items can be returned unless they are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery. You need to inform us of any faults or damage within 3 days of delivery to you. Printing & Personalisation All personalisation & printing on to our products will be subject to you providing us the original artwork in the format required. If we need to change it then there will be additional charges. Your order will not be accepted until we have the final proof approved by you. You need to provide us with Pantone colour codes and ideally PDF copy of the logo or design you want printed. 5. Samples All sample requests will be charged at the normal retail price and once an order has been place the difference will be credited to your final invoice. In most cases samples are not returnable. All carriage costs will be charged for shipping the samples. 6. General We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by reason of acts of God, war and other hostilities, civil commotion, accident, strikes, lock outs, trade disputes, acts or restraints of Government, imposition or restrictions of imports or exports or any other cause not within the reasonable control of Poshprezzies.co.uk. Please ensure that you have received and checked your order in full. If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these terms and conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in force. We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves. All sizes quoted are approximate. These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.
