It also comes with a removable sieve, so a thorough shake is all that's needed for the perfect mix of protein powder and liquid. This shaker also has two screw-off compartments which can be filled separately. It can be completely disassembled, making it very easy to clean. Fill quantity (shaker without additional compartments): 0.4 litres.
